The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde First Publication: 1886 Author: Robert Louis Stevenson Story: One of the greatest horrors of Victorian England. Told through the eyes of a lawyer as he describes the strange occurrences between his friend Dr. Jekyll, and the twisted murderer Mr. Hyde.

Doctor Henry Jekyll (and his duel persona, Mr. Edward Hyde) Play-by: Jason Flemyng A brilliant but weak and timid doctor, Henry Jekyll created a serum that allowed him to transform into his darker self. Mr. Edward Hyde is an ugly, murderous man who has a nasty temper and the ability to beat down anyone who makes him mad. Hyde is, at the moment, a wanted man in the United Kingdom for the murder of three women and for apparently bringing about the disappearance of one Henry Jekyll.
Gabriel John Utterson Play-by: roleplayer’s choice The close friend of Dr. Jekyll, he began to notice something wrong with Jekyll when Jekyll requested that Utterson rewrite his will to include that all his belongings be given to a Mr. Edward Hyde on the Doctor’s death. He is the only one to know the truth of Jekyll’s disappearance, and of his dark side. He hopes to find help for his friend, so that the dark Hyde could be destroyed once and for all.
