Her eyes closed after she told him about what she knew about Transylvania. A sigh escaped her and she brought two of her hands towards her head and she stared at the counter. Quincy was busy chatting with Olivia. Closing her eyes softly she gave a sigh and looked over to the Detective. Unsure of what to say at this point.
After she spoke of the Professor Van Helsing. She began to go into deep thought and wondered how he was doing. A sigh escaped her and she shook her head. Trying to have that memory of the count out of her mind. Mina looked over at him as he spoke.
Mina remained silent as he spoke of Dracula. "I don't wish to hear that name again . Dracula is long dead as far as I am aware of. If he does come back! I will surely kill him again so he could not get his hands on my son nor myself" she stated softly.
"You say he is a dialect of Romania?" she asked curiously. Mina didn't know what to say. Was he back? He couldn't have come back. Mina sighed softly and asked "Did you get his name?" she asked a moment later. Perhaps it was Renfield Dracula's old partner. Maybe he was stalking her to bring her back to him. If that was the case of his return. Mina sighed and looked back at Mr. Holmes and wondered what to say.

"I don't wish to hear that name again . Dracula is long dead as far as I am aware of. If he does come back! I will surely kill him again so he could not get his hands on my son nor myself"
Ah a mother’s instincts. Whatever this Dracula fellow did, it was obvious that it was enough to bring about these instincts. And yet, she did not answer his question. Accordingly, he had to assume that based on the facts that his last name was not really Dracula. And that he was just a violent rich man who preyed upon Mrs. Harker, and was stopped by Mrs. Harker’s husband and Professor Van Helsing.
But the facts still didn’t add up. Why was the Yard not told about this? Perhaps they were, but they chose not to act because of fear to offend a foreign offical? (It wasn’t the first time they did such a thing). Also, she said ‘kill him again’. “Mrs. Harker, are you saying that you murdered, or attempted to murder, this Count fellow?” He whispered with a small frown.
Though he would admit, he had bent the law once or twice. But it had always been for the greater good of the Empire. For example, breaking into Parliament when a criminal mastermind had threatened to blow it up last June. But murder without fair trial? That was toeing the line rather dangerously.
But Sherlock would not condone or approve it. Once again, he needed more facts before he could come to a reasonable conclusion. Perhaps after Mrs. Harker and her son were safely at home, he would go look up where Professor Van Helsing’s current address was. He knew the man was German, but he did come to England often for lectures at Oxford and Cambridge.
"You say he is a dialect of Romania? Did you get his name?"
“Yes, however he simply continued the same phrase over and over. And I could not understand it.” He blinked slightly, the words coming to his head. But the accent was so thick, he wasn’t sure he could repeat it and give it justice. “There are many gypsy immigrants from that area in this city. The Yard will be able to question him more thoroughly and give us a name in due time.”
This was quite an intriguing case indeed. He was resolved to find out more about this Count Dracula fellow. After he found out where exactly Professor Van Helsing was, he would first stop by the Yard and see if they made any lee way with the stalker.
There just still felt like something was off about this whole ordeal. The man almost seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. As if he was under some sort of trance. Also, though it possible that he could be a lackey of this Dracula fellow, it wasn’t definite.
“Well Mrs. Harker, we defiantly shouldn’t assume that this man was a lackey of your… previous encounter.” He made sure not to mention Dracula’s name, “Perhaps the fellow had a friend or kin that has vowed revenge on you?” He knew that if someone had killed his brother Mycroft, or his best mate Watson, he would probably act rather rashly too. Fair trial or not.

Mina rubbed her eyes and looked over at Sherlock as he spoke. "How could i have killed him when he was already dead Mr. Holmes?" she questioned. "Jonathan had stabbed him with a steak through his heart" she told him softly and didn't want to disturb her son with this talk. Mina just wanted this conversation to be over.
A sigh escaped her as she climbed off the chair beside him and gathered her son. Placing his coat over him and she smiled and listened to Sherlock speak again. Then she looked up at him and said "Sir...Do you believe in Vampires?" she asked curiously. Removing her hair off her shoulder line she showed him the bite marks on her neck. "This is what I had happened to me back in the day when I was in Transylvania" she said softly. Not wanting her son to listen. "Vampires are immortal and this is what the Count did to me" she said softly to him. "Once you figure out what that Romanian said, due tell me..." she said looking at him.
"I doubt it" she said softly. "I must head home now and take him to see his father. He should be arriving home any time now" she told the detective. "I need to get going. Care to walk me back?" she asked curiously looking over at him. Mina was feeling uncomfortable about this conversation. Considering she had her son present with him. "Sir. I want to tell you something. I just feel very uncomfortable with this matter. Perhaps you should stop by later this week to talk to me about the Count. I will give you any information you need" she said softly

"How could i have killed him when he was already dead Mr. Holmes? Jonathan had stabbed him with a steak through his heart"
Well that made… absolutely no sense. Sherlock blinked, a slightly raised eyebrow accenting his features. “So your husband did the deed?” He muttered. The idea that the husband killed the man made more sense. Those of the male gender had their own instincts; theirs were of protection of their mates and children. He didn’t sit there and pretend to think that he would be more forgiving if his wife had been molested by a foreigner, because he didn’t have one.
He stood with her and her son, realizing that this conversation had put them on awkward terms. Not that Holmes wasn’t used to awkward conversations, he lived them everyday when he had to talk to Watson’s wife-to-be. He just dealt with them in his own way.
"Sir...Do you believe in Vampires?”
“Belief is not the right word, Madam.” Sherlock responded, his mind once again racing to piece together the new fact she had thrown in at him. She believed in vampires, or Nosferatu as they are called in Eastern Europe. Vampires were mythical creatures, beings of pure evil from hell itself.
“I myself do not believe in anything but data. Many mass murders of this city have claimed to have mythical powers on their side, and many have believed in them. But data in the end concludes them to be frauds, and their magic to be simple parlor tricks.” Sherlock said while holding his hands behind his back, his eyes twinkling slightly, “Give me data, give me facts, and I will make conclusions. But I will not, I cannot, simply blindly believe.”
And then, she gave him his first amount of data. What he had mistaken for scars were bite marks, each far enough apart to be from the eye-teeth of a human, making impressions up and down her neck. He gazed at them, intrigue written on his face.
“This is what I had happened to me back in the day when I was in Transylvania. Vampires are immortal and this is what the Count did to me"
Ah, so now he understood what she meant by ‘already dead’. She and her husband believed that this man was a vampire, and that by staking him through the heart he would return to his ashes and leave them be. What a very narrow view one had without proper facts. Though he had one fact, that Mrs. Harker had been bitten repeatedly by some sort of creatures with sharp enough teeth to break the human skin. The rest was inconclusive.
"I doubt it. I must head home now and take him to see his father. He should be arriving home any time now. I need to get going. Care to walk me back?”
“But of course,” He said with a slight nod of his head, walking with the two Harker’s to the door, and opened it for them. Holmes waved goodbye to Olivia, who responded with a giggle and a bat of her eyelashes at him, telling him to come by anytime.
"Once you figure out what that Romanian said, due tell me... Sir. I want to tell you something. I just feel very uncomfortable with this matter. Perhaps you should stop by later this week to talk to me about the Count. I will give you any information you need"
“Of course,” He said, answering both her requests as he followed her and her son out into the street. “Perhaps I will go and meet this Professor Van Helsing as well?” His brown eyes danced with curiosity, “He seems like quite an intriguing man.” Then again, Professors were always intriguing people….

Nodding Mina looked to the detective. "You must think Im crazy don't you. I have seen the count face to face. It was long before this young child was even born Mr. Holmes" she said softly. Mina gave a sigh as she continued telling the detective everything she knows. Though she was worried about raising her son with Jonathan. She was worried that the count might come back and take her again.
Closing her eyes she had asked him if he believed in Vampires. Sighing she said "Well. You should Mr. Holmes. He could have returned." she said softly. Mina was worried she looked over at her son who was still talking to Olivia. It was a good thing he was busy she didn't want to talk to her son about the count.
Opening them up again she looked at him as he spoke. He was a skeptic indeed about these so called vampires she spoke to him about. But she listened to him speak again but she remained silent. Mina looked around her surroundings then back at him.
Mina looked at the detective as she whispered softly to him. "The count was very pleased with me back then. But I wasn't please with him" she told him softly. "He had tried to do many things with me but I tried to refuse his commands." she said a moment later.
Helping her son place his coat on she helped him off the stool in which he was sitting on. Quincy had waved goodbye to Olivia and they walked out of the shoppe. "I want to thank you Mr. Holmes for returning my wallet and treating us to this place" she said softly smiling upon him as they began to walk home.
A smile was upon her face when he spoke of Van Helsing. "He's a very good man Mr. Holmes. After all he had saved me from the count and my husband" she said softly. Mina smiled softly as they arrived at their home. "Quincy. Say goodbye to Mr. Holmes" she said picking him up slowly. Quincy gave a wave and she looked over at Holmes again. "He was a very intriguing man. But Im very unsure of his whereabouts now" she said softly to Mr. Holmes. "Thank you once again" she said smiling at him and entered the house and closed the door.
